1. Zero Sensitive Permissions & Local Processing

The MortgagePro Global Mobile Application is engineered to prioritize user privacy and offline computational autonomy:

  • Zero Invasive Device Permissions: The App does not request access to your device camera, microphone, contacts, photo gallery, external storage, SMS, or precise GPS location.
  • Client-Side Financial Calculations: All mortgage amortization, loan comparison, and debt-to-income calculations are executed locally on your device hardware using local math libraries. Your financial numbers, loan amounts, and property values are never transmitted to our servers or stored externally.

2. Advertising SDKs & Consent (Google AdMob)

To support continuous development and keep the Mobile Application free for all users worldwide, the App integrates the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob):

  • Data Collected by AdMob: Google AdMob may automatically collect coarse diagnostic data, including device identifiers (Google Advertising ID / GAID), coarse IP-derived location, app interaction metrics, and diagnostics to serve contextual or personalized advertisements.
  • Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): In compliance with Google Play Developer Program Policies, European GDPR, and UK DPA regulations, the App initializes the Google UMP consent framework. Users within covered jurisdictions are prompted to provide explicit consent before any personalized advertising identifiers are utilized.
  • Managing Advertising ID: You can reset your Google Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads directly within your Android device settings via Settings → Google → Ads → Delete Advertising ID or Reset Advertising ID.

3. Application Diagnostics & Performance (Firebase)

We utilize trusted Google developer infrastructure to maintain stability and deliver rate benchmark updates:

  • Firebase Crashlytics: Collects anonymized crash logs, operating system versions, and device model identifiers when an application crash occurs. This data contains zero personal information and is used strictly to diagnose and fix technical bugs.
  • Firebase Remote Config: Used to periodically update statutory benchmark defaults (such as current central bank policy rates) without requiring users to download a full application update. Remote Config does not track or collect personal user profiles.

4. Information We Never Collect or Sell

In accordance with our global data protection principles across all platforms:

  • We do not collect personal names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses through the mobile app.
  • We do not require user account registration, login, or social authentication.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third-party data brokers or mortgage originators.

5. Data Deletion & Purging Local Preferences

Because MortgagePro Global does not maintain centralized user accounts, cloud databases, or personal profiles, there is no remote user data to delete. To erase all locally cached calculator history and theme preferences, simply clear the App storage via Android Settings → Apps → MortgagePro Global → Storage → Clear Data or uninstall the application.
