Direct Inquiries: corrections@mortgageproglobal.com

At MortgagePro Global (published by REO Technologies), we are committed to maintaining the highest standard of mathematical accuracy, statutory compliance, and data integrity. Despite our multi-tier verification processes, mortgage laws evolve, central banks adjust policy frameworks, and regional tax brackets change.

When an error or outdated benchmark occurs, our policy is to correct it promptly, thoroughly, and transparently. This document defines our formal workflow for handling user inquiries, statutory amendments, and computational errata.

1. How to Submit a Correction Request

We actively encourage feedback from home buyers, licensed mortgage brokers, financial planners, actuaries, and institutional regulators. To report a calculation discrepancy, outdated rate, broken statutory link, or factual inaccuracy, please email:

Email: corrections@mortgageproglobal.com

Please include the page URL, specific input values tested, expected vs. observed output, and a link to the authoritative statutory source (e.g., central bank communiqué or tax agency documentation).

2. Correction Investigation & Resolution Protocol

Every submission to corrections@mortgageproglobal.com is logged in our internal engineering ticketing queue and evaluated according to our strict Service Level Commitments:

Timeline SLA Action Taken Responsible Team
Within 24 Hours Receipt acknowledgement and initial triage to classify severity (Minor Editorial vs. Critical Calculation Fix). Editorial Operations
Within 48 Hours Mathematical review, primary-source regulatory cross-check, and sandbox code verification against the reported edge case. Quantitative Systems Engineer
Within 72 Hours Live patch deployment to production, automated regression testing, timestamp update, and response to the submitter with the resolution details. Lead Engineer / Deployment Team

3. Classification of Corrections & Errata Transparency

We categorize corrections into two distinct tiers to ensure proportional transparency and appropriate documentation:

Type A: Critical Mathematical, Statutory, or Policy Rate Corrections

If an error materially alters calculation output, amortization schedules, or official central bank benchmark figures:

  • The mathematical formula or central rate dataset in js/rates.js is immediately patched.
  • The affected article or tool's Last Reviewed / Last Updated date is updated to reflect the new revision.
  • The structured data schema metadata (dateModified) is refreshed so search engines receive the corrected information immediately.
  • An explicit correction note or errata log is appended to the bottom of the affected educational article when necessary.

Type B: Minor Editorial & Typographical Adjustments

Minor adjustments—such as fixing spelling errors, clarifying sentence structure, updating broken external links, or enhancing screen-reader accessibility labels—are implemented immediately without altering the substantive core financial calculations.

4. Continuous Monitoring & Central Rate Synchronization

Beyond external inquiries, our engineering team actively monitors sovereign central bank announcements, statutory tax threshold changes, and regulatory policy adjustments across all 7 supported jurisdictions: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, India, and Europe.

To inspect the official regulatory sources we cross-check, visit our Data Sources Directory.

5. Institutional Accountability

MortgagePro Global is engineered by REO Technologies under the leadership of Abdul Raheem, Lead Financial Systems Engineer. For questions regarding our computational framework or engineering architecture, please see our About Us page or review our Editorial Policy.
