Welcome to MortgagePro Global ("MortgagePro Global", "we", "our", or "us"), owned and operated by REO Technologies. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our financial calculation services, educational guides, and related digital tools.

Part I: Universal Financial Disclaimers (All Users)

1. Strictly Informational & Educational Service

MortgagePro Global provides mathematical calculations, amortization tables, and reference rate monitors based on public government and central bank formulas. We are not a lender, mortgage broker, financial institution, legal advisor, or tax consultancy.

Nothing on this platform constitutes a loan offer, pre-approval, commitment to lend, or individualized financial advice. Users must independently consult licensed mortgage professionals before entering into legal loan commitments.

2. Indicative Nature of Calculator Estimates

All calculations generated across both our Website and Mobile App are estimates. Final mortgage terms, monthly obligations, qualification stress tests, and closing fees are determined solely by commercial lenders and statutory tax authorities based on verified credit scores, debt ratios, property appraisals, and underwriting rules.

3. Permitted Browser Use & Acceptable Conduct

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to access our web calculators and educational resources for personal, non-commercial financial planning. You agree not to:

• Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers to extract calculation algorithms or bulk data without express written permission
• Attempt to circumvent security controls, perform DDoS attacks, or inject malicious code into web endpoints
• Frame, mirror, or repackage website tools inside third-party commercial applications

4. Web Advertisements & Third-Party Outbound Links

The website may display advertising, including advertising provided by Google AdSense, if and when enabled. Our pages also contain links to official regulatory websites (e.g., Bank of England, CFPB, Bank of Canada, RBA, RBI). We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party products, services, or lending offers linked externally.

No Lender Affiliate Relationships

MortgagePro Global does not currently accept referral fees, lead-generation payments, or affiliate commissions from banks, mortgage brokers, lenders, or financial institutions. Our calculators are designed to operate independently of lender placement or advertising relationships. 5. Web Intellectual Property & Copyright

All website design assets, CSS styling, custom JavaScript calculation engines, logos, and original editorial guides are the proprietary intellectual property of REO Technologies and protected under international copyright treaties.

Part III: Mobile Application Terms (Android / Google Play)

6. Google Play End-User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading the MortgagePro Global application from Google Play, you are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to install and run the application on compatible Android devices. Your installation is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service.

7. Offline Operation & Device Storage

The mobile application stores calculation history and user preferences locally in your device's sandbox. We do not maintain server-side cloud backups of your local data. You are solely responsible for backing up your personal device data.

8. Mobile Updates & Deprecation

We may release application updates via Google Play to refine statutory formulas, enhance UI responsiveness, or patch security vulnerabilities. Continued use of the App requires downloading official updates as released.

Part IV: Legal Liability, Governing Law & Jurisdiction

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MortgagePro Global is provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular financial purpose or error-free availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, REO Technologies and its engineers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from property purchasing decisions, loan application outcomes, or reliance on calculator estimates.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protections in your country of residence.
